About Our Speaker
Andrea is the owner of Skoah - a skin care product company which now has six bricks and mortar locations in Vancouver, Alberta and the US, and plans for several more. A self-described retail junkie, she is obsessed with all things related to the customer experience and creating amazing products. Prior to skoah, she worked in the retail industry for over 20 years, including as Brand Manager for lululemon athletica. She also ran her own and also PR and marketing consultancy working with Grouse Mountain Resorts, Whistler Water, Grip Limited and Happy Planet.
Shawn Pattison has extensive franchising background having worked with Booster Juice, Quizno’s and Panago’s. Shawn started from the ground up before owning and operating his first Panago franchise in 1993 and then expanding to several locations. As Booster Juice’s Director of Operations, Shawn travelled extensively through the US overseeing operations and expanding their brand. Shawn is now the Director of Operations for Rasoee spearheading the development and introduction of the brand into the Greater Vancouver market.
